If a customer pays for an order offline then we may need details of your payment card including the name and address of where it is registered in order to allow the payment to be authorized by the card issuer. When a customer is not present the 3-digit security number on the signature strip is required to authorize payment. A telephone number is also required in the event that card details need to be clarified with the customer. An email address is needed so that an order confirmation email can be sent to the customer. This information is kept on file in a secure place for auditing reasons only. It will be for internal use only.

In order to deliver any products to a customer Clockwork Logistics Limited requires the customer's name and address. This information is passed onto the chosen courier service that carries out our deliveries. We also require a contact telephone number in the event that the address needs to be clarified with the customer. Telephone numbers will only be passed onto the courier if they have problems contacting the customer.

Invoices, with details of the customers name and address, are sent out with the delivered products. Copies of these are sent to a third party accountant and may be viewed by auditors in some circumstances.

Third Parties referred to in this policy will not be allowed to use our customer's personal information for their own purposes.

Information provided to us remains with Clockwork Logistics Limited, apart from where stated above. Clockwork Logistics Limited does not share customer's information with anyone else for marketing purposes.
